    The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the team on assigned projects and accounts. The position holder will work closely with other analysts, planners and account management teams in the development of data analysis, actionable insights, recommendations and reports for assigned client accounts.


    • Supporting client’s data requirements on all data-driven marketing activity
    • Preparing and processing data analytics for client’s marketing campaign
    • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to drive insights and optimizations
    • Conducting pre and post campaign evaluations, including cost evaluation, ROI, response rates, gap analysis and insights reporting
    • Assessing and reviewing database issues including quality and functionality, and propose solutions
    • Work with other Analysts in the delivery of reports and database management
    • Support Account Management teams in client engagements
    • Taking on other data assignments as assigned by the Head of Planning


    • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a similar qualification
    • 1 -2 years of relevant data analytics experience, preferably gained in a digital or marketing environment
    • Good understanding of CRM, digital marketing and social media
    • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, DoubleClick, SAS, SPSS, Sprinklr, Klear and Socialbakers
    • Strong analytical and statistical skills
    • High ability to read and interpret data into useful content
    • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and the hunger for learning
    • Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills
