概览

The Account Director is the principle contact between the Agency and the Client and has ultimate responsibility for the client account. The Account Director works across multiple lines of an account developing and executing synergistic solutions which help our Clients to grow their business and gain market share. The incumbent leads the account team from strategy development to solution delivery. The Account Director ensures that solutions provided are on strategy and meet standards and client expectations.  The incumbent also supervises overall performance management for account team members.

职责

  • Drive relationships with the day-to-day clients and confidently field and manage requests, input and feedback
  • Manage expectations with clients and ensure every deliverable is documented and disseminated to the broader team
  • Assist in managing client satisfaction and identifying any issues or barriers and escalate as necessary
  • Be proactive to put forward new ideas to resolve clients' business needs 
  • Lead and engage with clients to define actionable briefs and work closely with interdepartments on providing strategic input 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity at times (both with clients and internally), demonstrate flexibility and creative problem solving
  • Strong management skills to help identify and grow junior talent
  • Work closely with creative team to drive creative recommendations to clients 
  • Provide accurate forecast and budgets to senior management and finance to maintain an updated forecast of your accounts 

资格

  • 7 to 10 years experience of account management in an agency environment 
  • Strong digital background and active interest of online advertising industry trends 
  • Proven experience in managing and mentor talents 
  • Experience in internal and external stakeholder management 
  • Proven track record of managing revenue of accounts/ portfolios
